Our house is located directly on the ski slope of the Grubigstein, between the 6-seater chairlift “Hochmoosexpress” (approx. 100m) and the 8-seater gondola lift “Family Jet” (approx. 80m) which connects to the ski school area. The Lermoos toboggan run also ends at the Hochmoos Express. Ski room and ski boot room with dryer available!

Another highlight is the weekly ski show of the Lermoos ski school, which thrills the crowds every Monday from 8.30pm at the Family Jet.

With the TOP SNOW Card you can explore the ski slopes in the entire Tiroler Zugspitzarena (approx. 148 kilometers of slopes).

Cross-country skiing

The entrance to the Moosloipe is just a 5-minute walk away.

Here you can do your laps against the fantastic backdrop of the Wetterstein massif. (partly snow-covered)

Indoor Golf

In our in-house FULL-Swing golf simulator (available on advance reservation) you can stay in shape even in winter. Of course, you can also get to know the game of golf without any golf knowledge. There are also other facilities such as table soccer, darts and billiards.
