Useful information for booking, payment and cancellation conditions
The rooms are ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm on your arrival day / rooms are vacated by 11.00 am on your departure day.
Room request: We ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee room numbers or a specific floor.
Everything you consume during the day will be charged to your room bill. You can pay these bills every evening or sign them after your check. If you do not sign the daily invoices, later complaints can no longer be considered.
Payment options:
Unless otherwise stated, our daily prices and all-inclusive prices are in the “EURO” currency.
For the payment of the hotel bill we offer cash payment (EURO), or bank transfer in advance. EC debit cards, Visa and MasterCard are also accepted.
Booking and cancellation conditions:
For reservations, a deposit of approx. 30% of the total price, free of charge, must be transferred to the specified account by the payment deadline in accordance with our confirmation letter.
Online bookings: Online bookings are only binding after written confirmation and receipt of the deposit. The automatic booking printout is created and sent by the booking system and does not constitute a binding reservation confirmation.
Cancellation conditions:
– up to 3 months before arrival “free”
– 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40% of the agreed total price
– 30 days to 7 days before arrival 70% of the agreed total price
– From 7 days 90 % of the total price.
– Cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the booking amount.
With the binding booking, our terms and conditions are deemed to be agreed.
The right of withdrawal according to §18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply.
The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH2006) apply to all points not listed here
Cancellation insurance:
We know from experience that despite all the joy of a booked vacation, something can always come up at short notice. To avoid costs and hassle, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance: we recommend Hotel Cancellation Plus or the comprehensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance (incl. accident benefits) to cover cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue),

Are you insured via your credit card?
Travel insurance is included as standard with many credit cards. Caution, this is usually only valid for the cardholder, which means in the event of cancellation,
that only the cardholder’s share is covered and the rest of the family is often not insured.
Please check whether you are sufficiently covered.
