The following services are included in our price:
- Extensive breakfast buffet
- Choice of evening menu with soup buffet, salad buffet, choice of 3 main courses, dessert, kids can also choose from the children’s menu (when booking half board)

- Bathrobes (free of charge on request, for adults)
- Admission to the “Panorama outdoor swimming pool Lermoos” leisure facility (only in good weather)
- Packed lunch on the day of departure for early travelers (if ordered in advance instead of breakfast)

Surcharges
- Short stay up to 2 nights +15 %
- Dogs only possible on request, without food depending on size from € 20,- per day
- Discount for bed and breakfast € 16,- per day

- Various hygiene articles (toothbrush, sun cream, razor, hair styling product, file, batteries, etc.)

Golf (for a fee):
Our hotel is located above the Tiroler-Zugspitz golf course.
You can book tee times and courses directly at the hotel reception.
As a guest at Hotel Rustika > you receive a 20% discount on green fees (9 or 18 holes).
Z-Ticket (for a fee/sold directly at the hotel):
Discover the region with many advantages: with the Z-Ticket you can enjoy many benefits!
The activity card offers you many included services and other discounts.
For example, you can enjoy the mountain railroads, buses, outdoor and indoor swimming pools and much more without paying an additional entrance fee. The absolute highlight is a trip to the Zugspitze.
The Z-Ticket is available with a validity of between 3 days and 13 days.

Rent e-bikes/e-bikes/kids/bicycle trailers and much more.
Whether just half a day or the whole week.
The bikes are delivered directly to the accommodation by arrangement.
So you don’t lose any time and can get started straight away
to explore the fantastic routes of the Tiroler Zugspitzarena.
You will receive a discount if you present your Z-Ticket.

Arrival, payment options
Check-In/ Check-Out:
On your arrival, the rooms are ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm at the latest
On the day of your departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 a.m.
Payment options:
For final payment we offer cash (Euro), EC debit card (pin), VISA or MASTERCARD.
Booking/cancellation modalities:
With our confirmation letter we will inform you of the deposit date and our bank details. With the binding booking, our terms and conditions are deemed to be agreed.
The booking is binding once the deposit has been received.
Cancellation conditions:
– “free” up to 3 months before arrival
– 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40% of the agreed total price
– 30 days to 7 days before arrival 70% of the agreed total price
– From 7 days 90 % of the total price.
– Cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the booking amount.
With the binding booking, our terms and conditions are deemed to be agreed.
The right of withdrawal according to §18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply.
The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH2006) apply to all points not listed here
Cancellation insurance:
We know from experience that despite all the joy of a booked vacation, something can always come up at short notice.
