The following services are included in our price:
- Extensive breakfast buffet
- Apre’s ski snack (daily except Saturday) between 4.00 pm and 5.00 pm (when booking half board)
- Choice of evening menu with starter, soup buffet, salad buffet, choice of 3 main courses, dessert buffet, kids can also choose from the children’s menu (when booking half board)
- from 16.00 Finnish sauna, Roman steam bath, infrared cabin, Kneipp corner
- Bathrobes (free of charge on request, for adults)
- Packed lunch on the day of departure for early travelers (if ordered in advance instead of breakfast)
- Free parking lot at the hotel
All prices are per person and day, including breakfast. Half board, excluding tourist tax. (€ 3,- per night and person from 16 years)

Arrival, payment options
Check-In/ Check-Out:
On your arrival, the rooms are ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm at the latest
On the day of your departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 a.m.
Payment options:
For final payment we offer cash (Euro), EC debit card (pin), VISA or MASTERCARD.
Booking/cancellation modalities:
With our confirmation letter we will inform you of the deposit date and our bank details. With the binding booking, our terms and conditions are deemed to be agreed.
The booking is binding once the deposit has been received.
Cancellation conditions:
– “free” up to 3 months before arrival
– 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40% of the agreed total price
– 30 days to 7 days before arrival 70% of the agreed total price
– From 7 days 90 % of the total price.
– Cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the booking amount.
The right of withdrawal according to §18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply.
The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH2006) apply to all points not listed here
Cancellation insurance:
We know from experience that despite all the joy of a booked vacation, something can always come up at short notice.
